Better and better - 47 counties have normal soil moisture; 26 are normal to abnormally dry, 11 are abnormally dry, 4 are abnormally dry to moderate drought, 5 range from normal to moderate drought with abnormally dry areas as well. still no severe drought conditions anywhere. Nationally, 15 states have normal moisture conditions, an improvement by 1 from last week. Click on the image to see how Nebraska compares to other states.
